Pittlockpick at BSides Pittsburgh

On June 1, the Pittsburgh Lockpick Club will be hosting a lockpick village at the BSides Pittsburgh security conference from 8am until 6pm at Left Field Meeting Space, 116 Federal St., Pittsburgh, PA 15212

BsidesPittsburgh is a free, volunteer-run computer security conference, part of a global series of community-drivenSecurity BSides conferences presenting a wide range of information security topics from technical topics, such as dissecting network protocols, to policy issues such as managing information leakage via social networks.  In keeping with the community-driven theme and to help minimize event costs, the conference format, talks, and activities are agreed upon by all attendees.

If you are attending the conference, we'll see you there! As always, people are encouraged to bring any equipment, picks, locks, etc that they would like to show off.

Lockpicking Demo at the Children's Museum

On Saturday, March 31 2012, the Pittsburgh Lockpick Club will be setting up a lockpick village at the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh from noon until 4pm. Come on out and join us for an afternoon of lockpicking practice! We will have all of our standard practice picks and locks and other challenges available.
